The short, honest version of how we work.

The free pilot.
New clients get a free 3-day pilot of one service on their real business. It becomes paid only if you choose to continue. If it doesn't help, you pay nothing.
Engagements.
Paid work is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. Setup plus the first month is collected before the build begins; the monthly fee is billed thereafter. Engagements are month-to-month — either side may cancel with 15 days' written notice. No long lock-in.
What you provide.
Your information and access — FAQs, your WhatsApp number, Google profile, and the tools your system connects to.
What we provide.
We build, test, launch, maintain, and improve your system, and fix issues in reasonable time.
Your data.
Client data is kept private, used only to provide the service, and deleted on request. See our privacy policy.
Ownership.
Corelink Experts owns the underlying systems and workflows; you receive the working service for as long as you subscribe.
Platform limits.
Our systems run on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Google, and hosting providers). We're not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms, though we'll always work to keep your system running through them.
Agreements.
A simple signed service agreement covers every paid engagement; for larger engagements it's reviewed by a lawyer and adjusted to local law. This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
