Refund & cancellation policy
What you pay, when it's refundable, and how to cancel — in plain language.
Effective: August 2, 2026 · Contact: corelinkexperts@gmail.com
Refunds on the advance.
The 50% advance is refundable within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet begun. After 24 hours, or once work has begun — whichever occurs first — the advance is non-refundable. Work already invoiced or completed remains payable.
The slot booking fee.
Reserving a build slot through our website requires a one-off booking fee. The amount is shown in full before payment — we never charge an amount you have not seen.
The fee is credited in full against your first invoice. It reduces the total you pay; it is not an additional charge. Nothing further is billed until you have reviewed and approved a quote.
The booking fee is not refundable on cancellation. From the moment it is paid, your slot is reserved and withheld from other clients.
The free pilot.
Where a free 3-day pilot applies (Foundation services only), it costs nothing — there is nothing to refund. Any package that includes a non-Foundation service is a paid build in full, with no pilot.
Monthly fees.
Engagements are month-to-month. The monthly fee covers the month it is billed for and is not pro-rated or refunded once that month has started. Live usage costs (AI usage, messaging, voice minutes, hosting) are already included in the monthly fee — never a separate charge.
Cancellation.
Either side may cancel with 15 days' written notice. On cancellation you remain responsible for any work already invoiced or completed; nothing further is charged beyond the notice period.
How to request a refund.
Email corelinkexperts@gmail.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Questions or disputes.
If anything about a charge looks wrong, contact us first at corelinkexperts@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. This policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh.
