Who we are.
Corelink Experts builds intelligent automation systems for businesses. This policy covers corelinkexperts.com and the ways you contact us through it.
What we collect.
When you submit a form we receive what you type: your name, business name, business type, email, phone number, and anything you write in the message field. When you use the chat assistant we receive your messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
How we use it.
To reply to you, to run your free 3-day pilot, and to provide the services you ask for. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
The chat assistant.
Our website chat is powered by an AI model. Your chat messages are processed by that model to generate replies, and conversations are logged so we can follow up and improve the assistant. Please don't share sensitive information in chat — if something is confidential, email us instead.
Where your information lives.
In our own business systems — a secured lead log and our business email — with access limited to the two founders. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and protect our accounts with multi-factor authentication.
Cookies and analytics.
This site sets no cookies. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that don't build a profile of you.
How long we keep it, and your choices.
We keep your details while they're relevant to serving you. Email corelinkexperts@gmail.com any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — we'll do it promptly, wherever you are in the world.
Children.
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed at children.
